I have a mesh network set up at my home which is working alright. I'm trying to pair my phone with one of the routers so that I can add another one and improve the reception in one spot. When I enter my password I get this message:
Please make sure network is available, you are the Portal owner and password is correct.
The prompt asks for my "Portal 5G password." I have tried the password I use to connect to my wireless network, the password that I use to log on to the web interface for administering the network (which I have verified works), and the original password for the web interface, printed on the bottom of the router. None of them work in the app. Because the error message mentions making sure that I am the "Portal owner" I have looked around the web interface any mention of this concept, but without luck. Is there any more troubleshooting I can do short of a factory reset?
