I had to disconnect my Portal for some time today and after being disconnected, the Portal has only been blue for 5-10 seconds and then going to a solid red. I followed the support instructions for connecting the router (disconnecting the gateway from power along with the portal, then connecting the two together, plugging in the gateway and then the Portal) to no avail. I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated. The iOS app is also not seeing the Portal router.
