    Could be that you are using IPv6. Does your ISP support IPv4? The router AFAIK doesn't support IPv6 yet.

    Another option would be to power cycle Portal and let it start again.

    @jacobmeyer was your previous router also your modem? I think what you had before was a modem/router combination. The portal is just a router. You need a modem that connects to your ISP.
