I previously had Portal working fine with an old phone. Upon purchasing a new phone, I unpaired the old phone and setup Portal on the new phone using the Android app. The issue that I have been having is that after pairing the unit to my phone when I try to use the app later on, it asks me to setup the Portal again. Because I've already assigned a password and paired it to the new phone, the app doesn't see the Portal unit unless I reset the Portal unit.
All other functionality works fine (wifi, internet monitoring of Portal - myportalwifi.com, etc.). Can someone help me with why the app doesn't recognize the Portal status after a successful previous pairing?
