I'm trying to be proactive. Soon I need to replace my phone which is where I downloaded the Android App to setup my single Portal Device. What procedure should I follow before replacing my phone? Ive seen some posts about folks having issues, not as simple as downloading the app to the new phone. Posts lead me to believe the new phone and app won't bind to the already configured Portal. Is that true? If so how can I proceed with getting a new phone but avoiding the problem.
