    I get over 100 Mbps downstream even on wireless.

    Hi Alexander

    It is very odd that you are not able to achieve the optimal speed from your ISP Provider.  I see that you have sent in a help request as well to Portal Support.  A support representative will work with you on this.

    I think we have the same issue. Try restarting your network or power cycling your portal.
