When trying to pair a new phone to your Portal you may see a message that Portal already has an admin. In this case please follow the steps below:
- Check whether Portal already has an admin on another device. If so, see here to on how to remove admin from another device
- It's a new or lost phone and you no longer have the original admin device. In this case you will need to factory reset your Portal.
If problem persists even after factory reset please submit a support request.
