There could be a few reasons due to which you are unable to pair your mobile app with Portal. Please walk through the steps below to ensure it pairs correctly.
- Be sure to download the latest version of the iOS or Android apps before pairing
- Turn on both WiFi and Bluetooth in order to pair your mobile phone
- Mobile app shows Portal offline
- Mobile app shows Portal already has an admin
- Unable to find Portal nearby
